Having grown up around the historic homes of Charleston, SC, Scott developed a love for the beauty of classic architecture that had been expertly preserved and restored. His education at the University of Florida and his early career taught him that the key to success in business was developing connections with clients founded upon the Golden Rule of treating others the way he'd like to be treated. With this, and an unwavering commitment to quality he has sought to do business in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida since 2003, Scott has enjoyed seeing clients' smiles turn into hundreds of referrals, repeat work opportunities, and most satisfying, lasting relationships. Scott and the Advent Construction team look forward to doing the same for you.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1995, Scott learned the importance of the client-centered approach to sales and service first in Atlanta, GA and later in Providence, RI. Upon moving to Jacksonville in 1999, he was trained to manage the operations of a small business and the detail-oriented demands of overseeing large projects. Through a series of unexpected "blessings," Scott made the transition into the Construction and Remodeling field in 2003 and is so thankful to have discovered and maintained such rewarding work. "My career is not at all the one I pictured for myself when I was younger, but it's better than I could have possibly imagined. “Since entering the construction and remodeling trade, Scott has been fortunate to learn from several of the industry's most respected members and actively seeks to improve Advent's processes and products.
